私は急いでバックルームに行き、ロッカーから、制服を取り出した。着替えながら防犯カメラを見ると、男性客は今度は雑誌売り場の方へ行き、立ち読みをしている他の客の、
「立ち読みは駄目んですよ。やめなさいよ。ほら！」と大声で注意をしている。
注意された若者は不愉快そうに男性を睨み、レジを一生懸命に打っているダットくんに、
「なあこいつ、誰？社員？」と訊ねた。
「いえ、あのお客様です」
レジの合間に戸惑いながらもダットくんが答えると、
「つだよ、部外者何時あねえか。何なんだよめえ。何の権利で余計なこと言ってやがんだよ。」

While changing, as I looked at the security camera, I noticed that the male customer had now gone to the magazine section and was loudly warning other customers who were reading, "Reading without buying is not allowed. Stop it, I said!"
注意された若者は不愉快そうに男性を睨み、レジを一生懸命に打っているダットくんに、「なあこいつ、誰？社員？」と訊ねた。
The young man who was warned looked displeased and gave a hostile glare to the man. He then asked Datt-kun, who was diligently working at the cash register, "Hey, who's this guy? Is he a staff member?"
「いえ、あのお客様です」レジの合間に戸惑いながらもダットくんが答えると、「つだよ、部外者何時あねえか。何なんだよめえ。何の権利で余計なこと言ってやがんだよ。」
"No, he's a customer," Datt-kun replied, somewhat puzzled, between transactions. The young man then said, "I see. Just a customer who thinks he can butt in with no authority. What's his deal?"
